Prior to shipping, the recipient must certify that they have read Paragraph 2 of CA AB 1263. The full bill can be viewed here.

Prior to shipping:

• The purchaser must provide verification that they are of 18 years of age.
• The ordered items must be shipped to the purchaser’s address as listed on their California driver’s license. If your driver’s license does not match your current residence, we can ship your order to a CA FFL that is willing to transfer your order to you.
• The items must be shipped via a service that requires an adult signature.
• All barrels must be shipped to an FFL. Please include your FFL’s name and address in the comments section and let them know you will be expecting an order shipped to them. Any FFL fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Since we do not store your information for your safety, you will need to fill the form out even if you have before.

After placing your order, please view AB 1263 and complete the form on this page. Please upload a clean and clear picture of your CA driver’s license.

Shortly after we receive your form submission, we will process your order verification submission and ship your order as soon as possible. The verification process may delay shipping but we will get your order verified and shipped out as quickly as possible.
