With some companies we have to adhere to minimum advertised pricing(MAP). So if you would like, click on get special price on any product that has it available, enter your email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a one time link that is meant for you to checkout with for the special price.
  1. Head to support, then make a return and fill out the form
  2. We will email you back with a Shipping Label
  3. Place your item back in the box/package it came in or similar packaging and attach the label
  4. Drop the package off at the carrier for return
Yes, if your order is still in new, unopened condition you may submit for an RMA to return your item minus a 20% restocking fee. If your item is opened but unused you still may be able to return it for a refund minus a 20% open box fee plus the 20% restocking fee. Optics that have been opened are not eligible for return
We work hard to ship everything out as fast as possible, so if you would like to cancel please contact us as fast as possible. If you have already received a tracking number we still may be able to cancel if it hasn't been dropped off yet. If it has then we are no longer able to cancel the order.
Yes there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders unless canceled prior to shipping. There is also a 20% open box fee on anything returned that has been opened.
All tracking numbers should be automatically emailed out when a shipping label is created, if you didn't receive one with in 24 hours please feel free to reach out. Also, if you did receive one please allow 24-48 hours for an update via usps
We currently offer flat rate priority shipping by weight. $5, $7, or $12
We currently are limited to USPS on all our shipping. Everything will ship out USPS priority or First Class
