If your item is opened but unused you still may be able to return it for a refund minus a 20% open box fee plus the 20% restocking fee. Optics that have been opened are not eligible for return

- Head to support, then make a return and fill out the form
- We will email you back with a Shipping Label
- Place your item back in the box/package it came in or similar packaging and attach the label
- Drop the package off at the carrier for return
