Can I cancel my order?

If you have already received a tracking number we still may be able to cancel if it hasn't been dropped off yet. If it has then we are no longer able to cancel the order.Can I return my order?

If your item is opened but unused you still may be able to return it for a refund minus a 10% open box fee plus the 15% restocking fee. Optics that have been opened may not eligible for returnHow does the return process work?

- If you accept the ToS conditions, head to support, then make a return and fill out the form
- We will email you back within one business day with instructions for your return
- Place your item back in the box/package it came in or similar packaging
- Drop the package off at the carrier for return
- Once it's returned we will inspect it and issue you a refund within 2 business days
